Who was a long shoremen making 250-300 grand a year.... and divorced him because he was gone so much at work, liked stopping at a bar for a couple hours before coming home after a 16-24 hour work shift. This beyoch, kept the house, that he payed for, in Palos Verdes, California (very rich place), and the Escalade, the Mercedes SUV, and his Ford GT, and his Mercedes C63 AMG, got full custody of his child, gets 60% of his income in alimony.... And takes their son everywhere she goes and seriously everyone she talks to, while wearing an expensive (not 50-75% off) coach purse, and telling everyone that his dad is loser. When she visited my mom and I was 15 and met their 11 year old son and she was blabbing in about how his dad is a deadbeat, and he (their son) knows that..... And got my mom all F-Ed up in the head, treating my dad like crap and nearly divorcing him and taking me (16 now) away from him for good. And it came down to me saying I will emancipate myself and live with my dad if she did and her whole plan fell apart and things got downright bad at that point. She popped 5 Vicodin’s and 3 Xanax and locked herself in our motorhome.... and left a note on her laptop in the house... So 911 showed up and I rode in the ambulance with her and the paramedics were not to faithful that she would even make it to the hospital as she was totally unresponsive and her core temp was 92.... they got her to the hospital and they had to just let her lay there in the stretcher because some gangbanger got shot and died in the ER room while I was there and the whole hospital had to go on lockdown because there were over 100 of his friends and family fighting with dozens of cops outside because they were trying to force their way in to the ER room where the dead victim was, and the ER room was considered a crime scene now because that’s where he died, and nobody could move. Not even me..... But they finally got to my mom and forced some black liquid down her throat to counter act the drugs she took and eventually she came out of it and ended up in a mental hospital for a week where she took up smoking and didn’t change much... And for the record my dad was not a bad guy at all. Never drank or hang out in bars. Never done drugs in his life. Not even pot and only very occasionally used pain killers, as his job was a highly regulated place. Never beat us or her, never once been in jail. Absolutely the biggest Melvin on the face of gods green earth. But my mom hated him because after three kids he got snipped and couldn’t have anymore, and we were all boys. And she wanted a girl. You are only giving reasons for yourself or for Jacob. But it’s not about you OR him! There’s only one person that is leading in these situations: the child. Bc the kid doesn’t care about ANY of those things! And rightfully so!! Even if you’d live abroad or had to travel even longer: a kid needs their parents! (If there are no dangerous/ab usive situations going on of course) These reasons are exactly the kind of reasons that if these are followed up, and there wouldn’t be any contact with the dad anymore, I guarantee you that the child will absolutely hold that against the both of you, when it’s old enough to understand. So everyone making comments about my comments about his kid is hilarious.. One thing y’all fail to realize is this is TV you don’t know everything about someone’s life from TV.. So I’ll give you a little insight, 😂 Jacob and I do not live in the same state. he is 8 hours away. he lives and has family in the state he resides in.. If he cheated I would be done 100% therefore I will not make any effort to make sure he’s involved in his child’s life.. He also works 18 hours away from me and doesn’t get much time off.. So since he knew I wouldn’t be making any effort to help him see his kid he would not be seeing him cause all travel would be up to him.. So before y’all speak on a situation you only saw small parts of and the people involved chose to show you, think.😂
You are only giving reasons for yourself or for Jacob.
But it’s not about you OR him!
There’s only one person that is leading in these situations: the child.
Bc the kid doesn’t care about ANY of those things!
And rightfully so!!
Even if you’d live abroad or had to travel even longer: a kid needs their parents!
(If there are no dangerous/ab usive situations going on of course)
These reasons are exactly the kind of reasons that if these are followed up, and there wouldn’t be any contact with the dad anymore, I guarantee you that the child will absolutely hold that against the both of you, when it’s old enough to understand.
Please don’t ever break up the contact with the dad for these sort of reasons and think about it FROM THE KID’S POINT OF VIEW! (If in the future….)
And I understand that the logistics would truly be a pain in the (behind) and very hard, especially if the relationship between the parents is finished.
But THAT IS what is finished then: that relationship.
Your (both) PARENTHOOD is NOT what is finished!!!
