Even though the show has already been renewed for season 17, there has been strong discussion that this upcoming season (depending on when the Writer's Guild Of America and the Screen Actors Guild strikes, which Wilkos is a member of the latter, eventually ends), this will be the end of the series. It has more than enough episodes in the can to be sold as repeats. But from what I've heard from someone who use to work on the show until she moved to the West Coast a few years ago, Steve and his wife Rachelle, do not even watch the repeats because it is not worth revisiting and unlike repeats of "Jerry Springer" and "Maury," SW is NOT a clown show.

Offer for her to take drug tests at thier discretion. Work with them in any way. Courts do not like parents coming in and bad mouthing the other. Offer up to them what you are doing better and take advantage of any resources that will help. Show up, be active in everything they need. You have to worry about you. Hes going to keep that up but what's best for the kids is what they want and that's exactly what you need to give them. His actions reflect him, hers need to reflect the kids because he if he's doing that is doesn't sound like he's capable of being a father at the moment.
Yes, tell her to order a hair folic drug test to show if there was ever any drug use. Even if she has to do weekly/ biweekly/monthly. It gets easier when the kids get old enough to talk and give their opinion. As someone who is fighting rn to get custody back it is a tiring battle. Tell her to never give up bc it does get hard. Also it sounds like he is very difficult. When they finally see she isnt a drug addict tell her to b as detailed as possible in the schedule with her kids. Have her come up with a holiday schedule with specific times and even bdays. B as detailed as u possibly can and think about all little details. Like school holidays or summers. I wish her and u nothing but strength. I pray this gets easier but dont ever give up. God is good and this fight is not for nothing. He always has a purpose even if it looks dark in the beginning.
Yup my sons grandparents did this as well and won visitation of my son against their son and my own wishes due to them being racist towards me, excessive drinking and calling us nonstop while drunk , lying to CPS multiple times thinking it would grant them everything they were asking for but it was all untrue so obviously they didn’t get the visitation as often as they wanted thankfully . They have tried to have me arrested over false allegations as well after they came to our home demanding our son . I have awful health problems after years of trying to prove myself . I’m actually meeting with them today and will be recording everything because they lie like a rug. It’s disgusting and sad.

So based on the lie detector tests results the likely result is either someone from the Moms family fed the lies to the child (which feels most likely) or someone with enough access to the kid has molested him then been able to feed the story. The mom has wasted all this time focusing on the person already cleared rather than looking elsewhere. This is why its important to ask children questions calmly with openess as its likely she would have found the truth out.
Steve you should do an update and get the sister tested but also find out from the dad and his gf who they think could be doing this to the child either sexually or by coaching.

My aunt and uncle were divorced and remarried because of it. The child has to be reassured there aren't in trouble and they did nothing wrong.

What is the mom to do if the court orders it she can lose her kids if she doesn't send him I also had the same issue except my son told a school official his dad was touching him I immediately brought him to a doctor as he was only 4 when this came out and the doctor hotlined it as well and I went to the police my child's father ran for 8 years now statute of limitations is up he was able to file court papers for visitation after running thankfully I had a strong support team by his school, councilor, and psychiatrist who testified in court to keep my son safe and the judge actually listened but at first the judge wasn't going to and was gonna allow supervised visits till I fight hard and his team helped me fight even harder for him as he was attempting to commit suicide at school and home If he had to see his father! It's a tough situation when the laws not on our side. Cps, doctors, and psychiatrist all found my son creditable but because my son was too scared to talk to the police as it would be scary as a 4-year-old having 2 big police officers question you without anyone in the room he knows to support him as cps made me and his aunt leave so he had no one to support him threw talking to police but feel if his aunt was at least in the room he would have told the police what he told cps a few hours before. It's scary as everyone keeps asking you to repeat your story as a child but his statement never changed even years later he still says the same thing he told the school social workers I never asked him as I didn't want to be accused but my sister and his uncle did ask him and he told them the same thing and I have fought for my son since. I diffently think I had a child with a monster as sadly his other 2 children were acting out sexually as well and were in a different household but cps told me allegations were being made for his other children as well but in a different time frame my son was the first to say it, then his half brother and sister on his dad's side that lived in a different household said the same thing a few years later but yet cause their father ran from detectives and never faced police he got away with it. I feel there shouldn't be a statute of limitation on child sexual abuse period!

Thankfully my fiancés kids mom doesn’t accuse me of sexual abuse but she is put us through ALOT because she doesn’t want to see us happy with each other or her children plus wants to move out of state. They’ve always has 50/50 custody since I been around. Any little issue is a call to DCF, she has tried to keep the kids almost every call, she attacked my fiancé then put a restraining order on him for pushing her in the situation. Ended up dropping the restraining order after a few years when she failed to run me away. She tells everyone, including the kids, that we’re incompetent, nasty, and even told my fiancés mom his stroke he had as a baby messed up his brain so much that he cannot be a good father but we’ve never lost custody or been charged with neglect or abuse for the 7 years we been together. The only reason the DCF calls slowed down recently is because they warned her she can too lose custody for calling the and lying or to harass us, which has been done multiple times.

Yup my sons grandparents did this as well and won visitation of my son against their son and my own wishes due to them being racist towards me, excessive drinking and calling us nonstop while drunk , lying to CPS multiple times thinking it would grant them everything they were asking for but it was all untrue so obviously they didn’t get the visitation as often as they wanted thankfully . They have tried to have me arrested over false allegations as well after they came to our home demanding our son . I have awful health problems after years of trying to prove myself . I’m actually meeting with them today and will be recording everything because they lie like a rug. It’s disgusting and sad.

So based on the lie detector tests results the likely result is either someone from the Moms family fed the lies to the child (which feels most likely) or someone with enough access to the kid has molested him then been able to feed the story.
The mom has wasted all this time focusing on the person already cleared rather than looking elsewhere. This is why its important to ask children questions calmly with openess as its likely she would have found the truth out.
Steve you should do an update and get the sister tested but also find out from the dad and his gf who they think could be doing this to the child either sexually or by coaching.

I sincerely hope she starts looking very closely at the people around her. Something has happened to this child and to keep pointing the finger at someone innocent is insane. Children some times point the finger at the person who intimidates them the least and this happened to a family member of mine, later the child admitted it was a friend of his father's that hurt him and not who he originally said it was. My aunt and uncle were divorced and remarried because of it. The child has to be reassured there aren't in trouble and they did nothing wrong.

Even if she didn't no child should be forced to go back to a house their child isn't comfortable at! As the mom's not lying either and as a mom, you listen to your kids! What is the mom to do if the court orders it she can lose her kids if she doesn't send him I also had the same issue except my son told a school official his dad was touching him I immediately brought him to a doctor as he was only 4 when this came out and the doctor hotlined it as well and I went to the police my child's father ran for 8 years now statute of limitations is up he was able to file court papers for visitation after running thankfully I had a strong support team by his school, councilor, and psychiatrist who testified in court to keep my son safe and the judge actually listened but at first the judge wasn't going to and was gonna allow supervised visits till I fight hard and his team helped me fight even harder for him as he was attempting to commit suicide at school and home If he had to see his father! It's a tough situation when the laws not on our side. Cps, doctors, and psychiatrist all found my son creditable but because my son was too scared to talk to the police as it would be scary as a 4-year-old having 2 big police officers question you without anyone in the room he knows to support him as cps made me and his aunt leave so he had no one to support him threw talking to police but feel if his aunt was at least in the room he would have told the police what he told cps a few hours before. It's scary as everyone keeps asking you to repeat your story as a child but his statement never changed even years later he still says the same thing he told the school social workers I never asked him as I didn't want to be accused but my sister and his uncle did ask him and he told them the same thing and I have fought for my son since. I diffently think I had a child with a monster as sadly his other 2 children were acting out sexually as well and were in a different household but cps told me allegations were being made for his other children as well but in a different time frame my son was the first to say it, then his half brother and sister on his dad's side that lived in a different household said the same thing a few years later but yet cause their father ran from detectives and never faced police he got away with it. I feel there shouldn't be a statute of limitation on child sexual abuse period!

Yep, the lie detector question was “have you ever coached your child to say these things about Emma.” She answered ‘no’ and passed the test because she knows she can honestly say she didn’t tell those kids to say anything. Thankfully my fiancés kids mom doesn’t accuse me of sexual abuse but she is put us through ALOT because she doesn’t want to see us happy with each other or her children plus wants to move out of state. They’ve always has 50/50 custody since I been around. Any little issue is a call to DCF, she has tried to keep the kids almost every call, she attacked my fiancé then put a restraining order on him for pushing her in the situation. Ended up dropping the restraining order after a few years when she failed to run me away. She tells everyone, including the kids, that we’re incompetent, nasty, and even told my fiancés mom his stroke he had as a baby messed up his brain so much that he cannot be a good father but we’ve never lost custody or been charged with neglect or abuse for the 7 years we been together. The only reason the DCF calls slowed down recently is because they warned her she can too lose custody for calling the and lying or to harass us, which has been done multiple times.
