    Successful people don't become that way overnight. What most people see at a glance-wealth, a great career, purpose is the result of hard work and hustle over time. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life..

    I'm 13, my income varies drastically from month to month but it is roughly 3-4k per year from lawn mowing, yard work, babysitting, etc. I have 2.7k invested using a joint account and I save near to 100% of my income. Thank you so much, Andrei, for the amazing videos they are extremely helpful. Keep up the good work.

I wish I knew about investing when I was 13. but it never crossed my mind. if I can go back in time i would have invested really young. but since I missed out. Im starting to invest for my kids. my youngest is 4 years old and my oldest is 8. there gonna be a lot richer then me when they get older lol.

      @@paulojelade3380 Yeah for sure! The best place to start is your family and family friends, if you know anyone who already gets their lawn mowed you can offer them a slightly lower price than what they are currently paying. As far as getting a mower I suggest an electric one, they work well and you don't have to deal with or pay for gas.

      Hi Lawyer - the fact is that no matter what you are doing you need to be good at selling. A friend of mine went bankrupt as a lawyer. I worked for years as a graphic designer without ever getting to really making a lot of money as a creative in advertising. I could have been good as a lawyer and am good at solving legal problems, but didn't study law because I did not have the financial possibility and knew that I would have to go find well paying clients anyway and did not know how.
      In the meantime I know I am pretty good at sales and realize that this is the main qualification you need for everything and nobody told us.

    I am a stay at home mom. We have an extra room. With that room we host foreign exchange students. We love it. It is not consistent especially now but we love learning from other cultures. We still keep in touch from time to time. As a bonus we get paid for doing it!

    • @jellyd.9925
      @jellyd.9925 4 роки тому

      @@justfrank5661 Pros 1.) You can host exchange students Short term or long term. Short term is any where from a few days to a few months. Long term is at least a year. I do short term. I found this to be more profitable and its nice having students stay a short time. That way if you want to go on vacation or just need a break it is easier to do. 2.) You get paid for doing this. Do not go to a company that will give a $50 tax credit. They are taking the money you should have gotten. 3.) Sometimes you will get the check when you pick up the students. This will help cover, gas, food, and other stuff for the students. You make more of a profit then taking a loss. 4.) You get to learn about new cultures and customs. Cons 1.) if you don't get the check up font they will give it to you at the end of the trip (rare but has happened to me) You will need to pay for expenses for the student up front. 2.) Getting started finding agencies that host can be tricky. It is mostly word of mouth. I would start with local private schools, high schools. When you find one talk to other host parents and see who else they work with. 3.) you will get a 1099 for this but you can right off all your expenses (beds, food, gas, and so on). 4.) language barrier can be hard at first, especially if the student is shy. I have found that Google translate helps out a lot with this problem. 5.) if you have a problem with a student it will take some time to get them a new place. (I hosted long term and had a student doing illegal activity. I asked the company to remove the student. It took two weeks.)

    Sittin here staring at the big 3-0 in a month... I went to an expensive film school and accrued over $120k in debt... managed to pay off about 30k so far but I'm still only making $18-30k a year as a filmmaker. Decided this year to focus more on the money aspect, both in snowball payments towards debt and also looking at how to expand the income/client base/portfolio diversification.

      Watch A LOT of grooming videos and get a job at a grooming salon as a bather, at a kennel or a veterinarian office or volunteer at a local dog shelter to test if you have the patience for it. It’s a very loud dirty job that is physically tasking and can be frustrating at times but i feel is very rewarding most of the time and allows me to have creative expression. Working with dogs is a lot like working with kids. (Just because you like kids doesn’t mean you should run a daycare.) There is a serious need for good and caring dog groomers. I have something like 3000 clients and I get new clients every other day. It’s a one of those niche professions that is usually paid a 50% commission if working for someone and is not currently requiring a license or certification but always check with your locale to make sure!

      Annual Dividend?? if it is, that's Weird. I accomplished that in 2 years with my $20,000 after taxes annual income.
      I wish I had a $85,000 job. I would be a Millionaire by now.

      You must get taxed a lot on those dividends

    • @mvpmikey
      @mvpmikey 4 роки тому +1

      @@FreddyMartinez-vt4fz $2000 is zero tax on qualified, and 10% on unqualified.
      No one picks dividend to buy and sell. Safe to assume his qualified. Most tax he will get is 15% capital gain if your 22% Ordinary Income Tax Bracket which is like $300.
      Qualified dividend is part of long term capital gains which is zero tax till $40,000 as of 2020 if your in the 12% ordinary tax bracket.
      You need at least $1 Million at a 4% annual dividend to even reach $40,000.

It is our first year and we are on track to gross $100k and probably take home $40-50k this year. We work about 30 hours a week each and its just the two of us. We have no children right now but probably in the next 3-5 years we will. Our plan is to potentially sell the business and retire to Mexico!

    After about 7-6 years as a programmer, I quit my 9-5 job and started my own consulting business. Tripled my income by doing the same tasks i did in my 9-5 (plus some admin and accounting work, but honestly not all that much), I hardly ever work any longer than 8 hours per day and I have more flexibility!
    Most people think this is a risky thing to do, but this is only "risky" when you're starting out. I mitigated the risk by having savings to carry me for a few months. After I have done this for 1.5 years now, I have built up a buffer account to hold out if I can't find a new contract.

No taxation on your investment earnings and/or consistently beating the market 3. Making 100k a year but living off of 27k a year. Which is roughly 2200 a month for everything. Good luck!

      I know Spain has a high unemployment rate but it's still a fairly rich country in global terms and there's many millions of people making good money there. Any time there's money flowing there is some way for you to get some of it, start making lists of different hustles and then figure out which ones might or might not work for you where you are and with the resources you have available. Choose one or two and grind them out for a while, see what's actually possible, keep at it, double down on things that work and you'll do fine eventually.
