Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Sands of Time

- The longing for treasure is a feeling that some Pokémon are never able to shake. While some search their local mystery dungeons for the spoils, or create exploration or rescue teams to acquire wealth, there is one location famed for it's riches... if you can find them. The Sand Continent. Many legends have been told about the treasure that lay buried in the sands, just waiting for the right explorer to come find them.
And for the boldest of explorers, there is Wahatan Town. A run-down settlement in the middle of the unforgiving desert of the Sand Continent. Once an established mining town, and one of the oldest settlements on the continent, it has been largely left to decay as it's inhabitants have gradually fled to the much more renowned Sahara Town.
The sandstorms of Wahatan Town make it a brutal location for any Pokémon who does not take the proper precautions to survive. But for all the challenges, is the treasure around the town worth the hardships? Only time will tell...
Follow a familiar face from Lonely Roads as they search for an ancient treasure in the Sand Continent. A treasure lost to the sands of time is the goal, and this face never fails at their goals.
Disclaimer: The hack is fully functional, but there are some details that are still being worked on. Most notably, the overworld is incomplete. Please keep that in mind when playing. This will be updated continuously!

Thank you again for playing! This hack is a side-story of my main hack, Lonely Roads! SoT will be imported into LR as the third special episode. Huge thanks to Minarchu and top_kec for helping develop this game, as well as DjMuffinTops for making the custom music!
I do plan on releasing a few more updates to fix some features, such as the overworld. It is unfinished, and that is why it seems very quiet in this playthrough.

Oooooof! What a gut punch. Cyclizar was so innocent and upbeat. It’s so sad to see things end that way…
Shoutouts to the creator. They did a great job writing the characters, especially the parents. They all seemed very grounded in retrospect.
I can only hope that things got better for them all after the events of EOS.

This was a tie in mainly to show the desperation/cunning of Zoroark. She uses whatever persona and form necessary to achieve her goals…and Wahatan Town is in for a standing nap until certain heroes discover the Hidden Land.
I know it was always gonna end that way, since this ties in to Lonley Roads, but... Maan, that ending kinda blew TvT. It sucked seeing Cyclizar's dad get on his case just for helping someone in need to such a frustrating extent, only for him to turn out right and for the person in question to be so vile
In my opinion, there should've been a Mystery Dungeon game featuring the Sand Continent. Just think:
Air Continent: PMD Red/Blue Rescue Team (AND DX remake)
Grass Continent: PMD Explorers of Time/Darkness/Sky
Mist Continent: PMD Gates to Infinity
Water Continent: Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon
Sand Continent: ???
That would be the Wiiware Adventure Squad games! And Super does have some details that seem to allude to that fact!

well this is my almost story of this new universe: everything starts practically normal as in the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon game: sky explorers, everyone becomes friends, trying to solve the problems of time clocks and ect... our friend riolu our friend who was always with us in the end and who has had the courage to face conflicts with us and have a happy ending with everyone... we continue doing this several times in the game... until...
...
One day WE decided to do something different... we hacked the game and made adjustments to do new things, like KILL OUR FRIENDS AND ENEMIES. We unleash terror wherever we go and anyone who crosses our path will be exterminated by us... in the end our "friend Riolu" will try to make everyone alert to our threat and fight with all the power they have... but they all fell because of our power and more because of our curiosity and going beyond the limits to see a different ending.
Riolu, seeing his friends die, will feel a feeling of guilt for not being able to save anyone and for not being brave and brave, but now things will be different... he will be our last final boss, he will be waiting for us in the tower of time to end us the one I once called "friend" and end our abysmal madness.
