      Yes, use the thermal water as mentioned in the video, then apply one moisturizer in the AM and the other one in the PM.

      @@yakshitbhagi18 Do you wait for the thermal water to absorb into the skin, or, let's say, do you pat off the water droplets from your skin after a minute or so before applying your moisturizer? If not, I recommend doing that because to me it seems like you are experiencing skincare pilling.

    May I know if I can use benzoyl peroxide before/after thermal spring water?

    • @MelissaVanDijkTheSkinDiet
      @MelissaVanDijkTheSkinDiet  7 місяців тому

      If you use a Benzoyl Peroxide Gel or Cream, apply it afterwards. However, make sure to let your skin dry, or pat off the excess water from the thermal spring water before applying it to the skin.

    I just wanted to know that if its alright to have salicylic acid, niacinamide and vitamin c in your skincare routine. If yes, then how to use them in your morning and night routine.

    I was started using the ordinary salicylic acid 2% anhydrous solution but after a weak my skin got little bums and now the bums has started converting into acne ...I'm worried should I stop using that or I should continue please reply

      Have you ever used a Salicylic Acid product or an exfoliating acid before? If not, that is normal since the skin needs some time to adjust to it, so it may take a few weeks until it gets better. And from my experience, if it does not get any better after one month, it usually will stay that way.

      I just checked, and you used it for one day. Is that correct 🤔? It would be best if you gave it some time, at least a few days, but it better would be weeks. You can also experiment and leave some serums out (such as Niacinamide) or use it every second day and adjust it to your needs. The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors is a moisturizer that should help repair the skin to function normally. So give it a chance; it won't happen overnight :)

      @@GOLDENEstate41234 Tretinoin is the strongest out of all Retinoids...the side effects can be quite intense. That's why I've told you about Adapalene - it's much gentler, yet effective. Give your skin some rest. Do not use anything for several days or even weeks, depending on how long your skin needs to recover.
