    There seems to be much fluid in the tofu plate. Looks like cabbage water. Wouldn't it affect the taste of the meat sauce?

      The metal spoon scratching in the frying pan is just very irritating, pls stop doing that. I've to turn the volume off, I'm a subscriber, I hope I do not need to keep doing that for the other videos

    Hi Cooking Ah Pa,I finally found Pressed tofu in my neighbour as I don't understand what you mean at first. It is also my first time heard of such tofu. I going to try this receipe. With your videos sharing,it helps alot to know what and how to cook. Many thanks to your good work. By the way, why didnt you use normal tofu instead of Pressed tofu? 👍👍👍😃

    • @CookingAhPa

      Some tofu r too soft, harder to operate, pressed tofu usually harder abit, easier to operate

    Very good for your brain ;
    Vitamins, minerals, and
    protein from the meat, and
    lithium, letchithin, and more
    protein from the tofu. I'm
    sure it'll become one of my
    favorite recipes!
