Hi Monica! I love the pops of color against the white! Very pretty! And your Hobby Lobby floral art over your stove is beautiful....it looks like it came from an antique store. I like the pops of the rose color everywhere....it blends nicely. The candle holders look great on the mantel and they match your mirror perfectly. Wow, those florals in the box on the mantel.....they are definitely the show stopper! I have to say the redo of the frame in your bedroom was amazing.....the appliqués really pop out of the frame which made the whole picture look 100% better!

The gold frame in your bedroom looks lovely now. What a great idea to add the wooden pieces! Could I make a friendly suggestion for the 'boy's' snacks of, perhaps, gathering them together and placing them on a round tray of some kind with a small third item? I think it would be so nice grouped together rather than sort of in a line. Just my thought of course. You may not like it. Gosh, you have found some beautiful pictures. Love love them!
love the subtle changes... Especially loving the dark framed floral print over the stove. One thing I noticed was your gorgeous switch plates.. was wondering if you could use a little rub and buff on the center white part to blend more with the beautiful golden color of the plates. Also since you like the neutrals ... a subtle change I see when looking at your kitchen would be to just paint the island and the window corbels a subtle slate blue or gray for just a touch of contrast and impact,while still being very neutral.

you were right, the frame was too gold and overpowered the print. the curtain panels look luxurious, were they off white? (i think your wall color in there is too cool) love the velvet pillow, got very similar larger from the Target Opalhouse line a couple of years ago, that color is gorgeous. beautiful mid summer decor change. that’s my secret, lol, changing the decor makes me clean. i think the fall decor is the best season in the stores, including Dollar Tree, they just seem to have better florals for fall so i see why you look forward to it. thank you for another lovely video!

I actually was thinking the same. I understand Monica’s concern though. I love your style and my cottage is the same type of look. I would however recommend a more neutral shade instead of the dark ones though. The dark ones actually attract the heat. I have white wood blinds, but I’m not sure how that would help in your situation. Before I through the dark ones out…. I would try to spray paint them a lighter color. I personally would spray paint them silver but I see your going with the gold look. Beautiful job.
