If I'm going to beat on the car hard I use oct booster as a little extra insurance. I like VP Octanium unleaded, I get it for about $22 a bottle. It's also 32oz but I just pour the entire can into a full tank. I don't like to store an opened can plus it gives me a full tank of fun. I've datalogged it and if I get 1-2deg of STKR before the booster because of weather, bad gas or whatever, adding it clears it up.
I just bought a can of the same stuff. I'm in TX where premium is 93 but sometimes I go to OK where the highest is 91. My Challenger SRT8 has a 19 gallon tank and the bottle says a whole can treats 20 gallons for approximately 3-5 octanes. Hoping this will give me some security on my cammed, 93 tune car
Does this product go bad or lose effectiveness when storing an open bottle? I'm only going to use a tad of boostane every fill-up and I don't drive the car much
Good video! If you ever one chat with a BOOSTane engineer to dive into more of the fuel chemistry and development around the product. Dont hesitate to reach out!
Mason.... what about the DODGE anoncement of DIRECT CONNECTION Being revived... and a new afx class being offered by NHRA.. 2600LBS Stick shift only 5 spd. Only.. Dodge posted the utube video today...
Side note I work for valvoline so it’s kind of funny looking at the sign in the back ground
Feels like home lol
That stuff turns the plugs and the inside of the motor orange. I run Sunoco 260 gt or VP MS 109 mixed with 93. Never have positive knock.

Do not store unopened.. 2 years on the shelf. One year once opened and sealed.
@@bmasontv thank you. I didn't mean open bottle. I meant once the seal has been broken.
@@lobbyrobby I think that's what he just said. Once the seal is open, you have one year before it goes bad
@@AxlAX yeah. I don't know why I didn't understand his comment haha.
