Męskie Granie is series of concerts that take place every summer in Poland and is sponsored by one of big Polish Brewery. Every year few artist are invited to write and performe an anthem of it. There are different styles of music combined together. My favourite one is Początek by Dawid Podsiadło, Krzysztof Zalewski and Kortez from 2018.

* In Polish, while replying to 'I love you' ("Kocham cię"), you can just say "Ja ciebie też" instead of "Ja też cię kocham", so the verb is skipped. You can also answer with "Ja ciebie też" to other sentences related to emotions - 'I like you' or even 'I hate you' - so the interpretation of these lyrics is up to you 😉
So yeah, the title basically means "And you too, very much" :)
They aren't a band. This is just collaboration, but it seams like collaborations are popular nowadays as I noticed a plenty of them. Try this one Kaśka Sochacka - Ciche dni (Life) - another collaboration, this time Kaska with David. As per Meskie Ganie (Masculine Plaing) you got an explenation already from AnnBiPi.
Of course that we remember A-HA music group and the hit song "take on me". But "I Ciebie też, bardzo" do not remind me "take on me". I heared that "take on me" was used to "The last of us" the HBO's series.

Extreme number of views is due the fact it was first edition of "Męskie granie" festival after COVID so the song speaking of a well delayed and much wanted meeting of old friends carried also the message of freedom from fear and restrictions pandemy brought though there is no single word mentioning the disease.
Very cool track and video. I will definitely look for something from them. Although, it is not clear whether this is a group or a collaboration.
