Olie Resurfaces the spoilboard using 2-1/2" Dia. Heavy-Duty CNC Spoilboard Insert Carbide 3 Wing Router Bit no. RC-2255 and cuts the door panels with 3/8" Dia. CNC Solid Carbide Spektra Extreme Tool Life Coated Compression Spiral Router Bit no. 46172-K. The chamfers are the last step before assembly and she uses 90° Insert Carbide V-Groove no. RC-1102 for this step.
Olie makes the cuts on her ShopSabre PRO408 CNC machine and finishes her material with Oide's Oil for an extraordinary finish and stabilizer.
CNC V Groove Router Bits provide unique grinding angles to eliminate build up at the V point. The innovative CNC tool design uses a high grade solid carbide insert knife.
