Take protein,milk,egg, fruit s.make your meal healthier nd then doing aerobics work out make you fit nd helpful for your weight lose journey.i start my weight lose journey is last 3 years then my weight is 109 kg nd now my weight is 67 kgs I do work harder then it's possible yet I continue my weight lose journey .

my journey(i recommend this fasting) i did fasting for 2 days breakfast(10-12 am): banana(1) & butter toast(1) lunch(2-3pm): one boiled egg snack(4-5pm): orange juice(freshly squeezed) evening(5:30 to 6pm): tea(any tea) dinner(6-8pm): tortilla wrap(no sauces,vegetables and 4-5 chicken pieces) did this for 2 days before(70kg) after(67) (with this excersise)
The fist session is amazing with some high impact excersises. You need more men in your class , the only one I see is walking away as soon as you start the double ritm belly movements. Should I come over?? (Mature guy doing very well) Greetz from the Netherlands
Before I do this excercise my weight is 62kg and after 5 days doing it. At 6th day I check my weight and it's 60kg. Also every other day I skip my dinner so I think it works with this diet.
