    Amazing workout have been doing since 2 days and feels so good x I have been following you since since April and loose 4kg since then as not that into routine for excercise reason been at work but yea whenever I do I really enjoy 😊 thanks for sharing amazing workout routines and making more easier for people like me who can’t go out at gym so I can do when convenient to me 😊😊 keep it up the good work xx

    Honestly this cool stuff, but takes a lot of practice to perfect. I can boldly tell you that weight loss is probably one of the biggest problem many of us face on a daily basis.

    Aerobics work out is works on body 100% but if you eat healthy things avoid bakery nd fried items . Take protein,milk,egg, fruit s.make your meal healthier nd then doing aerobics work out make you fit nd helpful for your weight lose journey.i start my weight lose journey is last 3 years then my weight is 109 kg nd now my weight is 67 kgs I do work harder then it's possible yet I continue my weight lose journey .

    I was scrolling the. commands and I saw that no one have posted how many kilos they have reduced in this workouts without any diet so I am here for whom cannot diet but I am doing portion control . I will check everyday morning what is my weight we gonna started from now.

    my journey(i recommend this fasting)
    i did fasting for 2 days
    breakfast(10-12 am):
    banana(1) & butter toast(1)
    lunch(2-3pm):
    one boiled egg
    snack(4-5pm):
    orange juice(freshly squeezed)
    evening(5:30 to 6pm):
    tea(any tea)
    dinner(6-8pm):
    tortilla wrap(no sauces,vegetables and 4-5 chicken pieces)
    did this for 2 days
    before(70kg)
    after(67)
    (with this excersise)

    The fist session is amazing with some high impact excersises.
    You need more men in your class , the only one I see is walking away as soon as you start the double ritm belly movements.

      Before I do this excercise my weight is 62kg and after 5 days doing it. At 6th day I check my weight and it's 60kg. Also every other day I skip my dinner so I think it works with this diet.
