This is the advancement I am waiting for and the reason I have decided NOT to undergo a fusion. But the doctors don’t tell you, is with a fusion… eventually a person will often experience problems with the adjoining discs and vertebrae.
    I’ll wait.

Learn about the differences between adipose stem cells (your own fat cell), stem cells from bone marrow(your own) and mesenchymal stem cells from umbilical cord. There are large differences. There are clinics using mesenchymal stem cells in Panama City Panama, Medellin, Columbia, Munich, Germany, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands and San Diego with treatment facility just over the Border in Mexico as most stem cell use still isn't FDA approved in the US. A quick online search should tell you if it's available in any7 form and what type in AUS...

So I have severe sciatica and piriformis syndrome. I've had about 30 injections to the tumors and I trust almost no one in the medical field. And no one no one believed believed me. I recorded my call light on for 48 hours w no response. I know a person that had this done in Cali for less than 6 grand w herniated discs, degenerative disc disease and a plethora of other spinal injuries from helicopter incidents. The whole pricing of the procedure is based off of your specific needs and how much product they need to use on your specific case. Obviously the reason it’s not more mainstream is because it’s takes a huge portion of money away from big pharma because it actually cures people. Look up exosome and placental matrix injections and you should be able to find a place to get it done.

I thought that stem cell therapy had been made illegal because it was considered "cloning". That is if you are using host cells. My information may be incorrect. Please forgive me if that is the case.
Are you using direct cell transfer or are you using reprogrammed host stem cells? The Puhua Hopsital in Beijing has been doing this for a long time. As I understand it, they remove cells from the host, de-program them, then re-program them for the specific need and generate new fluid which is then injected into the damaged disc. The new fluid is injected into the discs thereby reinflating them and the new stem cells take over to finish the job.
I ask about these things since I have a very damaged L5 and have lost 100% of the mobility in my left foot and ankle and about 75% on my right foot. I also have partial numbness in both feet and about half way up to my knees. Standing without touching something is not possible because with no signals going to or from the left foot the brain does not know where it is in space. As soon as I do touch anything I can stand without wobbling or moving about. The pain is barely manageable but, at least I am not in a wheel chair as the doctors had predicted. Also, the nerves in my left leg were given a conductivity velocity test and all of the "wiring" seems to be intact. There is just no signal going out from the lower spine and therefore, none are returned.
Your insight and comments will be of great benefit to me and perhaps to others.

These are next level compared to adipose (from your fat cells) or bone marrow taken from your hip. There's no "cloning" involved. Simply stated Mesenchymal cells are millions of stem cells to grow and to inject. Far fewer from your own fat or bone marrow because as you age you have significantly fewer stem cells to start with.

I’ve had two procedures at this facility. One was $9k to fix a tear in my supraspinatus in shoulder, 100% recovered from that. Currently recovering from stem cells in my knee which was $12k.

What kind of stem cells were used? From a cord blood source? Or aborted fetus’s? Not all stem cells are equal.

So… isn’t that the natural evolution of this condition? I see nothing that wouldn’t have happened on its own. This isn’t good advertising for anyone who can read an MRI.

Stating improvement at 1 year follow up is more likely just the natural course of improvement than anything imagined here ie stem cells etc. Modic improvement on images likely the same. Also steroids and stem cells, all at the same time. What is the logic? Its like throwing everything in and picking a biased conclusion. The American way of exhaulting anything profitable. Seen it a lot...

You can’t say the stem cell treatment has anything to do with her improvement. Your body will often times heal on its own given time
