I’m glad that Luffy was put above Blackbeard because Blackbeard scaling at the moment is extremely contentious and the two main arguments that Blackbeard is the strongest in the verse stems from his role in the series and statements that don’t prove anything. Blackbeard is fairly relative to Law based off what we’ve seen so far in their fight. And we know damn well Law is not touching G5 Luffy.
Thing is even after using his Awk on BB and do the Same Attack he did to BM,BB just seemed to shrug it off. Fairly enough BM did too but BB got the disadvantage that Yami Reduces to Half his Pain Resistance and still shrugged it off like BM And Finally We barely got to see the Start of the Fight. BB literally was just beginning to Use Black Vortex when we Swiched to Egghead so we Can’t really say Law His Relative just because the First part of the Fight he had the Advantage.
I would like to make a suggestion. Almost a year ago, you have created a tier called "semi-younko" level. I think woud be good to reintroduce that tier to your new ranking. I think people like zoro,yamato,law, kid and even base luffy are stronger than a 1° younko commander, but aren't admiral levl yet. I think that this tier could fill the gasp.
I like how you added future sight power up since I also do believe it would boost him up to 3rd commander level and imo he could beat yami bb since he would know what bb would do and defend himself with haki but it's an interesting fight

G5 might be alittle high, Luffy did not easily defeat kaido, he was forced out of gear 5 once from a Kaido 4 fights deep and carrying an island.
