I used to consider myself a libertarian, then they decided to stop trying to be a political party and become a foot rest to a narcissist instead. Which is a shame, because I feel like a lot of our problems arise from the two party system we have. Trump really has a way of ruining everything he interacts with, including people.
The two-party system is a huge contributor to all the electoral and democratic problems the USA suffers from.
Well it's not just the 2 parties. Its any party. They kinda run in this gray area in the laws. For example you cannot run for president unless you win a party nomination. That's not in the constitution. It's in the state laws. But the supreme court just ruled, the states cannot do that. They cannot create laws that apply to a federal election. Which is why Trump could not be removed from the ballot. (gray area bull,) But if the party wanted to remove him from the ballot. There's nothing Trump could do about it. They can pick and choose when the law applies to them.
