DISCOVER SOME HIDDEN GEMS AROUND DOSEWALLIPS STATE PARK

- In this video we show you some of the top gems around Dosewallips State Park. We start by heading to Rock Brooke Falls where you have an easy .25 mile walk to a truly amazing waterfall, which is over 100 feet tall. If you feel frisky you can get hike up the rocks to get a close encounter to the waterfall.
We then take you down to a great beach to go hang out at and also go fishing for some amazing seafood. We ended going oyster hunting where we ended up with a plentiful bounty of huge oysters and muscles and show you how to shuck oysters as its a requirement for Washington oyster fishing.
We then go back to camp and show you a unique way to prepare your oyster in beer batter with crushed up chicharrones, which provided a unique twist to a great seafood delicacy. There are so many fun things to do out around Dosewallips State Park , outside of Brinnion, Washington.

What’s your favorite things to do around Dosewallips State Park ? Rock Brook falls is hands down our favorite, but there are plenty of other things to explore in the area !

What a great waterfall. Tajian flavored pork rinds....OMG
Rock Brook falls is a must as it has a great payoff that almost anyone can get to and the pork rinds were a game changer for that crispy oyster, they were so good. Thanks for coming with us !!

Yes indeed. We went over there the last time we were there for some seafood , the clam strips were amazing. We were going to go , but ran out of time. So close and so good !!! Thanks for coming along with us !

Dosewallips is a must for Hood Canal camping !!!
So glad we went up to the falls again! We were not able to walk up to the top the first time we visited & missed the pools at the bottom of the falls. So Beautiful!!
We have also been to the bar/restaurant & it was delicious!!
