I’ve almost pulled my eyeballs out while trying to explain to my mom: “why I turned turned on that green private Private Address switch on all of her devices.”

On windows 10 recent versions wifi mac randomization is turned on by default. Same with android 10.
Although you have to change the mac of ethernet manually if you want to.

I guess most android smartphones now a days are shipping with randomised mac option but still is there a way to verify this ? If yes please recommend one.

Don't need to if you are using android 10 or above. For wifi mac randomization is turned on by default. And this setting can be chosen per Wi-fi connection basis. So on your phone turned off and on public wifi you don't need to do anything it is turned on by default.

Attention all geeks, how do I change the MAC address of my iPhone? I want to change the Wifi MAC so every time I use my works router / Wifi it's different. The company I work for keeps track if I'm on the internet (via the MAC) so I want to cover my tracks by changing the MAC address every time I log in.
