Hey naptown! So I’ve been hearing from a coworkers that there’s a trick to do alignment on the rear for the q5. The alignment machine tells me one way to do but I was hoping you could bless us with any tricks you know! Thanks a million and god bless !
I just changed the water pump. Thermostat pcv. Got code p2006 p2007 after installing everything back on. Looks like i have to drain the coolant. Take the supercharger off again for the 3rd time haha!
The reason why I got sucked into 2.0t is because I only work on and buy broken stuff. The 3.0t is much more reliable but still not as perfect as people think. Hard driving can still cause timing failures in the higher miles and some of them can still have oil consumption as well as a few other things but overall one of Audis best engines
Just got a fuel injector replaced shop gave the car back to me like this and wants to charge me 700 for the sensor bullshit gonna tell them they didn’t put my car back together right

Hi Naptowntuner! Funny enough was searching the 3.0t in your channel, whats your take in these 3.0t engines? About to buy a q5 2016 with this engine.

Is that a expensive fix at the dealership?
is the 3L just a chopped up v6 version of the 4.2 v8?
Technically yes, but the original 4.2 is based off of the earlier 3.0 FSI (N/A) and 3.2L V6 versions as well
