In fact, more than 50% of the entire expressway's work is already done! The challenging part indeed lies in Koraput district with those three tunnels, but the teams are working relentlessly. There's even a tunnel in Chhattisgarh adding to the intricacy, but it's all being tackled head-on. With the current pace & dedication, I believe your estimation of 2025 completion for the Odisha section is spot-on. It's definitely an ambitious timeframe, but considering the progress so far, it seems achievable.
