    There are a few key standing poses and inversions that can really help the body to detoxify. The lateral extensions help to swww.theyogados... and stretch the organs, and the twist also help to swww.theyogados... and increase blood flow. The body can become a more efficient pump for blood and fluids when it's properly taken care of. When it's clouded up with scar tissue, superficial facial build up, and toxins it will struggle to find balance and health. Help to balance the body/mind by practicing healthy for a lifetime. This flow will teach you some great techniques to stay healthy this holiday season as we all tend to overindulge. If you haven't seen my instagram yet check it out.     Tim you made me love yoga. I'm a runner and i do hiit tranings very often (hopefully not too often) but yoga gives me that internal peace, a feeling that lacks in other kinds of exercises. I truly appreciate your classes, especially for your amazing explanation of how to activate or relax certain muscles. You are a saint! Thanks again :)

    Hi, this was a great workout, and I hadn't even done anything toxic to require it ;-)
    I wanted to comment on whoever commented and said "You didn't look like you were enjoying the yoga" Yoga (in my humble opinion) is not about pasting a smile on your face. It is an "inner journey," right? So you are (and I am when I working through the poses), focused, intent on what I am doing and the joy usually comes when I feel how awesome I feel after the session. And, I'm here to say, that is perfectly fine. Matter of fact, if you were grinning during a session, that would throw off my focus, since I am mirroring your relaxed inner focus. Everyone has an opinion. Stay with what feels right to you. And thank you for the calm focus that you bring to every session. It is exactly what I need.

    Hi Tim, I've been practicing with you since the summer and I love your videos. They are just what I need. Today, with the exception of the head stand, I was able to do every pose without having to stop and do a child's pose. Thank you so much!

    Hey Tim! First day practicing since I finished the 30 days challenge 2017. I have realized during the challenge that practicing 20 or 30 minutes everyday was really different from doing it 1 hou every 4 or 5 days. I'm gonna try to stick practicing everyday and see what happens, so you're gonna read a lot of comments under your videos! Thanks for your work. Namaste.

    I have to agree with the previous several gentlemen and say that I enjoy all the videos immensely. One thing that made me chuckle a lot in this particular one was the construction noise, the beeping after awhile made me burst out laughing :) keep up the AWSOME work, I look forward to every new video

    Hey Tim, great detox; thank you! Quick question: in your videos, could you try to give some examples of how a position shouldn't feel, as opposed to how it should? I'm often concerned I'm not practicing a pose correctly, and I'd rather know what the red flags are that signify I'm not. (Ex: "You're doing this position improperly if you feel a pinch in your hip or too much strain in your ankle.") The affirmations are good too, but they don't always cover what I'm feeling. I hope that made sense. Thanks again; you're a great teacher!

    Thank you for all your videos. I have a question, does this detox routine help in ridding the body of the toxicity of medications? I started drinking tea that helps support the kidney as well. I'm just wondering what your thoughts are. Also, bring Jake back please.

    When i do the twisting triangle my lower back muscles ache like crazy. Are they just weak or am i doing it wrong? Great video!

      Twisting triangle is a difficult pose. You could try placing your bottom hand on something higher (like a small stool or chair) and being gentle with it. Don't do it if it hurts of course.

    I’m giving you feedback because I love your videos...it seems like many videos have very distracting background noise. The video I just watched had a trash truck peeping almost the whole time and prevented me from being able to enjoy.

    I hurt my lower back in the middle of this video doing eagle. I am sorry, I know you have (or keep) a lot of possitive comments but you don't offer variations for people that have problems with their knee or in my case, 0 balance. Not everybody is at the same level or have the same body.
