Excellent detail and some great tips Kelvin! Using multistrand wire and flux in place of wick is a great one. The last one of these I fixed I just soldered on the antenna directly, but replacing the whole connector is much neater.
I too have a how to video on my channel. I found it difficult to relay how easy it is to melt the plastic when soldering the center pin, lol.. Enjoy the Breeze...👍🏻🍻👊🏻
The video portion was helpful, thanks. However, I found your audio explanation was very difficult to follow making it extremely confusing. The explanation seemed to jump around and not follow a flow of the video. It might be helpful if you prepare a script for yourself on how you want to explain the process before starting the videoing.
Frustrating video ,when recording so tiny parts just zoom more ,your hand and solder iron no needed ,detail and solder tip is ok.... When looking on phone is just.....

Thank you Jason! I realized solder Wick is just copper wire with flux coating, so normal wire with flux I assume it will works the same. haha.
I love the voice!
Very helpful guide. Just used it replace a ufl on my sharkbyte vtx. Thank you.
I put a piece of kapton tape over the other components to avoid damaging them.
that's great idea! Thank you so much for sharing the idea !
thanks for this!!

Should you be able to use a tester in ohms and not get a signal between the signal and ground?
Is it repairable if the signal pad is completely ripped off? It looks like there is a small metal dot left in the center where the pad was.
