I love how you talk about acknowledging and validating feelings- as an adult, I can totally relate to times when I've voiced the idea that my worries are silly! Your phrases are spot on!

This works for adults too
Yes! Lots of my stuff does to be honest, I just always think of children first because I'm usually training parents / teachers etc - but these ideas are completely transferable I think!

Do you have any advice for panic attacks in school? I am 13 and always get bad panic attacks at school. I literally have no idea what to do
