    I love how you talk about acknowledging and validating feelings- as an adult, I can totally relate to times when I've voiced the idea that my worries are silly! Your phrases are spot on!

    Thanks Pooky, these simple comments are so important and effective when talking to others of any age. They also help us when we need them, my favourite and most useful for myself is still, ‘You’ve done this before, you can do it again.' The comments are very much straight out of your marvellous Anxiety Cards resource, recommended for everyone!

      Yes! Lots of my stuff does to be honest, I just always think of children first because I'm usually training parents / teachers etc - but these ideas are completely transferable I think!

    Do you have any advice for panic attacks in school? I am 13 and always get bad panic attacks at school. I literally have no idea what to do
