Ppl have to develop a mindset to rebuild differently for future hurricane season. It's the Caribbean it will return. Houses foundation must build with hurricane straps and the roofing. Jamaica has some houses that built after 1951, hurricane. No hurricane shakes those buildings and roofing. The way they are building on the island must be rethinkable for hurricane experiences. New carpenters are not doing properly
