      I think you gotta train your wrists, especially for stuff like planche or long hand stand holds (even short handstands can hurt my wrists, but my wrists are skinny sooo...)
      Edit: I rewatched it again and noticed he actually has a wrist brace on one of his wrists, so maybe he actually did collapse his wrist 🤣

We sometimes get athletes from England, France, Ireland, Germany and Belgium and then they show these crazy things. But its very uncommon. On international tournaments we get insane athletes who can do things you said. But half the athlete ? Just not true man

      I can do over 10 claping phush ups but i struggle to do 20 normal phush ups with good form,for me one arm are 9 and handstand 10

      No, one arm handstand push ups are definitely easier than level 10. To understand level 10, you first have to be able to do a tuck planche, which is very difficult for most people. You then need to be able to extend your legs out and hold it, which makes it 50x more difficult. Then, of course, the push up.
