I don't do mornings I'm a disabled super night owl. Having loads of money doesn't necessarily make you happy. In my opinion success is not money, it's quality of life whatever your circumstances. If I went back to morning rising like I did when I was younger, it would cause me stress and damage my health, because I find getting up early exhausts me proving I'm a super night owl. Actually a cold shower could kill you in a cold climate. As for wearing an outfit without planning in advance like I do, shows you have no sense of style, so if your style sense is that bad, get a stylist or a personal shopper or learn what suits you.

I believe as Matthew Walker PHD author of 'Why We Sleep' that it's in our DNA to either be morning people or evening people. Beliefs in society that evening people are lazy compared to morning people are not true and this stigma is harmful to the health of evening people (aka owls). Ever bounce out of bed early morning without an alarm? You're likely a morning person. Never bounce out of bed early morning even with an alarm? You're likely a night person, have always been and will always be that way. Our sarcadium rhythm sets this. Matthew Walkers research shows that rested people are more productive than under rested. At the end of a race, is the burnt out person going to win or the rested and strong person? Mathew Walker's book 'Why We Sleep' opened my eyes and changed my life for the better. I highly recommend it. Don't get me wrong, I like this video and all the other points, just not on board with the early morning thing; I see where they're going with it; I just do not find it healthy for evening people. New goal: 4 am-5 am mental exercise's(read,draw,create lyrics, brainstorm, meditate), morning essentials 5:05-5:25 am Drive time, closer to the grind, audiobook , or audio lesson 5:30 am- 6:30 am work out 6:30-7 am Shower, get ready to head out, from gym with clothes on hand 7am - 9 am Drive time, create/document content, emails, any "pop up" events, current market or/and learn something from a course/license/whatever the case maybe like commercial drones or marketing 9 am - 9:30 am Start the grind.........

Go to the bathroom and wash my face and after that, I will look to the mirror and say "I'm gonna be successful and I'm gonna do good in life" with some repetition 5. Open my laptop and analyze files of my classmates on my google drive 6. From 4-5:30 AM, Taking notes of our next lesson and for our recitation and solve some maths 7. After studying, I will do exercises(2 mins plank, 100 push ups, 100 squats etc..)(5:35 AM) 8. Take a bath(after that wear clothes of course)(6:00 AM) 9. Eat breakfast and after that brush my teeth and take vitamin C(6:30 AM) 10. Read my notes(6:35 AM) 11. Announce the tasks as of today on my class's group chat(7:00 AM) I'm the class president by the way and since before, getting up early became my habit. I always get up at 3:30 AM during weekdays and 4:00 AM during weekends

When something big or important happens, people will tell you-& often the first thing they say. Partly to show they’re ‘in the know’. That time is MUCH MORE productive learning something, anything that adds value to YOUR life & career
