Music and Books and Other Stuff if you look at all the female regulars then you’ll see that’s not even close to being the case... as has already been pointed out, when there are only two women there only has to be one lesbian to make it half
@@shhsjjbbjs4224 I'm not talking about just this clip. I'll admit I don't watch the show a whole lot but I really enjoy the clips posted here on YT. Off the top of my head I can only think of about 5-6 women regulars and I know at least 2 are lesbians. So no, not half. I was exaggerating, but it's interesting to me that it still seems like a large percentage
@@emosongsandreadalongs sometimes it just doesn't have to be as complex as you think. A lot of the people on mock the week are just the people who are popular and are on tv a lot jn general at that specific time. Ive seen suzi ruffell everywhere lately i feel like. So if you're saying that you maybe see more lesbians than you expect to on this show, there's a good chance that it's just because a lot of lesbian comedians are doing well and selling a lot of tickets or whatever at the moment. There's also the argument that the show is trying to push representation which means a lot to some of us that have been under represented for years especially in mainstream media. For example, on mock the week, you tend to see more comedians of ethnic minority than is there are in comedy in general. This again may be to ramp up the diversity that a lot of shows and channels have failed on in the past. And when minority groups are represented in a show or something similar, people in that group are more likely to watch as people like seeing themselves represented (I know that when I'm represented on a panel, I'm more likely to give the show a watch). So, the minorities that are represented watch the show and regular viewers (except for racists or homophobes who have a problem with these groups being shown) will still watch. This will inevitably increase viewing figures (although by a small percentage) which makes the show more successful and profitable.

Who knew Uncle Roger was on Mock the Week? Now to find the complete episode.
I was just having this realization, holy heck
Olga and Suzi are a riot ♥️
That is the exact order in which I want those things.

Sushi is part of the meal deal in Boots too.. It's a cracking deal, bag of cheese and onion and a sprite... Nom Nom nom

Condoms, Lube, Sushi? Is that where you wanna get it?
Sounds like a Friday night to me!

Can they have this panel of comedians on again please. It’s some of the best laughs I’ve had! Oh and Frankie Boyle too. He seems popular.
And it was in that moment that Olga became Bi-curious.

condoms, lube and sushi - sounds like a date, don't see the problem..
How many accumulated runs have England lost the Ashes by?
C'monnnnnn. That was only 8.4 million.
That’s why they usually only allow one women or less on this show, otherwise it gets too funny.
I want to be clear that I'm not complaining, but does anyone else find it odd that half of the comediennes on this show are lesbians?
In fairness, a sample group of two is unlikely to give you an reliable outcome.

No, you can PROJECT that.
