The Slave Revolt is pretty much only there to serve as the climax of the Speer playthrough and decides which faction wins out wether it be Oberlander's Conservatives, Schorner's Militarists, Speer's Reformed Nazis or Schmidt's Dissident Reformists. The Slave Revolt being anything more than that would probably be considered 'unrealistic' by the devs for a coalition of militias consisting of Balts, Belarusians, Poles, Ukrainians, Caucasians and Russians win against the modern and professional armies of Germany and MB Russland.

There isn't much going for the Slave Revolt either apart from sympathy from Students and the OFN whom of which neither are capable of supplying them with sufficient aid. The slave revolt can't just pull the guerilla warfare card, the Wehrmacht has been patrolling these lands for decades and would have mapped out these regions well by now, these are also still Nazis, they're still gonna ruthlessly pacify the local population into submission, however in more subtle ways due to Speer's government.

Since you can't kick etnicities out of terrain, these terrain is German forever. Czechs don't exist as a visible minority; similar with Slovenia, Austrians are Germans with different history, Silesia is overwhelmingly German by colonization or Lebensraum.
