I have this bike and can tell you a lot of things about the bike and the customer service mate. I was forever casing tickets as they didn't respond it's a long wait on parts from these people and not funny. 1. Yes slipping off the cassette is a common problem indeed and this will continue so you might need to spend money on a high-quality cassette to solve this problem. 2. The bike stand kept on getting loose and in order to tighten that back up the motor must come out which shouldn't happen. The end result the frame was damaged. When I ordered this bike and asked about the frame size they said they only had one size so I purchased it and weeks later they said they were bringing out the bigger frame which pissed me off so they are liars too. I was going to have the back painted and they sent me the mat finish telling me it was more popular. 3. Battery try keeping the battery inside and dont keep swapping it out as it damages the fork that connects to the battery I had to order the connector on too many occasions and the folks pushed back. I told Nireeka about this and suggested they upgrade the part but they ignored it. I don't think they are a very good company rude staff they take a long getting things done. If you can find parts from other sources I suggest you do as paying for these parts from Nireeka is a joke due to tax and import changes. More problems to come mate I'm not impressed
Im sorry you have bad experience mate! I definitely understand the frustration. make sure you use thread locker and use 2 locking bolts on the kickstand so it does not unscrew. I had to do mine twice because of the same issue. I had a bent derailleur and loose chain so it kept skipping and I couldn't index the gears. I ended up getting pissed and punched the derailleur and it lined right up! lol. I had no issues with their support other than things taking a long time. they replaced a dead battery and a ripped handle grip without an issue. The only real gripe I have is the shit paint job. that really upset me. especially for that price. The way I see it is its a low production bike with a unique design. its like owning a supercar. I own supercars and can tell you they are exactly the same. let me know, maybe I can help you sort out your bike so you can enjoy it.
I would say 80% happy. I really wish they had better paint as mentioned in the video. I kept having gearing issues and chain slipping, but seems like I just had a bent derailleur. it is a strange problem that kept coming up. I did have a battery die once and support replaced it without an issue. so, I do love the bike and would buy it again....so far (Two years in)

After paying all that money the car is more reliable. I got fed up with the replacement of parts and just put the bike in a corner and left it there it is off the road and has been for months and can't be bothered to buy the replacement defective part again I just use the car mate. I'm in no rush to purchase more of the same item from that company for now the bikes are just part of my furniture these days.
Wow. You went with no suspension, yet your hitting some dirt and doing jumps. Would you recommend some suspension if the majority of your riding was off-road?
Honestly, im glad I did not go with suspension. The carbon fiber frame and fat tires do a great job dampening bumps. I put a suspension stem on, and it's really a super nice ride. If I had to order again, I would still not opt for suspension. If you do heavy off-roading and lots of jumping, Maybe you would benefit from suspension. You can always get both forks and see what works for you.

make sure you use thread locker on the bolt as its a huge pain to install it and you only want to do it once!
