The revit nucleous has the armour and the abrasion resistance (AA) in one garmet

But is more substantial in make up and weight and is less dexterous / flexible so not as good for working really hard off road. A great garment but a slightly different concept. -Andrew

Nice review! What is the name of the brown Rev’it pants you’re wearing, at the 45 second mark? Is it the Surface?

Hi, and thanks! Yes it's the new Surface Trousers:

I’m not really clear on the CE rating? If this top had armour would it be A or AA? I suppose I’m asking how much slide resistance protection does it give you?

For some reason the CE ratings have increasing levels on garments with impact & abrasion resistance combined - A / AA / AAA. For garments with only impact it's C, and for garments with only abrasion it's B, regardless of slide times (so long as they meet the equivalent minimum requirement which would equate to level A). After that you have to guess. The Sierra jersey is made of the same PWR mesh you find in many of Rev'its AA jackets, so it would be equivalent to that - Andrew
