@@ImJimmyC I live in Northern Ohio (Cleveland Area USA), and we have a semi-regional food called "The Jo-Jo" It is a BIG potato cut horizontally into long thick chunks, breaded like KFC chicken, and deep fried. It is almost exclusively sold at gas stations or corner stores. It isnt very unique, but as you get further from Ohio and ask "Can I get a dozen Jo-Jos" people have less of an idea of what it means.
That sounds incredible and it's interesting to learn about a new potato product, as a potato connoisseur myself 😂 It is now my life mission to go there and try one 😅
