RIP to my favourite deck C2. I could've managed with just taking away NTW and Grandmaster but without Storm and Shadow King it's unlikely the deck will recover
I love c2 it's annoying cause that shadow king buff wasn't really necessary and they could've changed another card in storm-WM-legion but now both cards just don't work in the deck anymore
So, since SD killed Storm, I'm back to Darkhawk. I think Skaar Darkhawk can be a really good duo; Darkhawk wants Rockslide, which is now 4, which is discounted by Zabu, and Zabu also discounts all the big dumb 4s, which feeds Skaar (as do Darkhawk). If really lucky, you can do Mystique + Skaar + Cosmo turn 6 for an incredible amount of power + interaction. I'm thinking of Grandmaster to double up my Zabu/Korg triggers on 2, or on Rockslide/Cassandra later on. Cassandra also can get to 10+ power with Grandmaster (or vs Arishem).
The thing about cull obsidian is that it works amazingly well with squirrel girl and thats a great card for getting priority that these decks like for alioth plays
Agony absolutely belongs in this deck, it buffs gladiator up to 10 power to discount the skaar. works really consistently, plus its just something you can play on turn 1 even if you don't have the gladiator in hand, better than nothing
I have like 35+ splits on Typhoid personally only use her for toxic decks with enchantress and luke cage for her effect so i personally would rather have an extra power point over the single lane 😭
Wouldn't She-Hulk and Red Hulk just strictly be better than running Ronan and Emperor Hulkling? This meta is seeing people dump their hands out so Ronan often shrinks a lot, you have a lot more agency of She-Hulk I feel and I mean Red Hulk is just way better than Hulkling.
probably better but you can at least enable it a bit with maximus, plus its always gonna be 5 instead of shehulk who could be 6 sometimes, but yea redhulk is def better than hulkling
I mention you should probably run Red Hulk over Hulkling. Don't really see She-Hulk at all though. Not sure when you're happily passing a turn to enable her.
You can probably play Squirrel Girl and Cull Obsidian as she allows you to almost always have Cull Obsidian and Crossbones enabled. Also, consider Zabu
Might be worth a try, but Zabu on 1 gives you 2 draws, on turns 2 and 3 exactly, to be relevant I think. You only like him if you can hit a 4 on 3. The odds of having Zabu early, and hitting one of the 4s in time seems a little too unlikely to me. Big fan of the early game priority/stat package personally.

I was playing Mary a lot in High Voltage. With Red Skull and Taskmaster. Breezed through it in no time
