First - Alec - not Alex.
Second - not happening. His legal issues are definitely going to have them shying away from him right now. Same with Jeffery Jones and his legal issues. For better or worse, that's just the reality. I am surprise Geena Davis isn't in it though.
@@tattoodude8946 first, his full legal name is Alexander Michael Brightman so no. Second, I don't know anything about legal issues but considering I couldn't find a single issue or controvercy when doing research, I doubt it's a problem. I'd appreciate a link to sources about this if you don't mind.
@@infinty_yt If you want to get technical on his legal name - have fun with that. But his name in everything he has ever done is Alec Baldwin and that is how people refer and introduce him. I mean, Charlie Sheen's legal name is Carlos Irwin Estevez but that is not the name he uses for the screen so legal name is not really relevant when compared to their screen and commonly known name. I'm not sure why you would use his legal name since most people aren't even going to know who you are talking about - other than to have your, "ummm, actually...." moment. Congrats - you got it!
As far as the controversy - he shot and killed someone on set with live rounds in a gun. It was quite a big thing and I think it's still running through courts trying to find who is to blame - and a good chunk of that has landed on his shoulders. Perhaps searching "Alex Brightman" is the reason you couldn't find anything as it has been a huge shakeup in Hollywood. Search "Rust incident" or just Alec Baldwin shooting. Regardless, he is on the no-no list right now and most people don't want to associate with the controversy surrounding him.

I don't know Tim Burton's ealier films back when studios gave him less control were good, but in retrospect I'm wondering if that was the reaosn they were good to begin with. Not sure how this one will turn out.
