Edit: Also I have finished testing Wing of Astel and Bastards Stars together and I can confirm fighter that this is as OP and Broken as Rivers of Blood in the right hands. Enjoy smacking people to death with the fucking cosmos my friend :)
Edit 2: If you are curious as to why Bastards is OP, at 80 intelligence the weapon itself hits for 500 against players (R1). The WA initial hit has 700 damage and EACH explosion afterwards hits for 1,200 damage. The poise damage of the initial hit can stagger someone in FULL Bullgoat armor and EACH explosion has the same poise damage, and the player remains staggered long enough to hit hit them with an uncharged Wing R2 (which is a projectile). Essentially if you can bait the enemy to attack you you will always win with this thing. Seriously with this combo I had an average KD of 50-1.
