We check out Everglades Regional Medical Center which closed due to financial difficulties in 1998. The property has been severely damaged by vandals and thieves looking for scrap metal.

I used to work at this hospital back in 1986. Crazy seeing it this way.
They demolished it a couple of days ago.

I'd wear some industrial boots if I explored these places.. You could so easily step on a needle
or a nail (from 3 years ago)
Or even just some hiking boots. Seriously they need to wear sturdier footwear on these. Not to mention jeans and long sleeves.

My fave thing to do is drive through mountains looking for old cabins
some of these abandoned areas could be perfect places for airsoft or filming, the eery sounds on their own gives it the advantage.

Good video. My family lived in Pahokee from 1968 to 1970. Dad was the director of Laboratory and Radiology. Mom was the director of nursing services. Went to Pahokee high school 7th and 8th. I really missed the lake when we moved to Georgia. It was Everglades Memorial Hospital at that time. Oh well times change.

Awesome job! Abandoned hospitals are very creepy, but there was plenty there to keep you creeped out even more. Could you imagine exploring that place by yourself?
Everytime they say "i heard something" or "i think someone is in here" and they stop to listen and be silent...i get nervous thinking someone is going to pop up when they look around.
I dont know why but after watching your vids I really wanna go out and explore ;)

I was born at this hospital in 1979. My brother and his daughter were also born at this hospital. I didn’t know it had closed down and then I ran across this video while looking the hospital up to show my kids. Crazy I was born there. At the time I was born it was the only hospital hat delivered babies in the area. The next closest hospital at that time was in Loxahatchee,Fl.

I drive by here every so often. I have been pretty tempted to to check the place out for years. I typically travel alone and usually on a time scheduled so never have. Pretty cool to see.

Love watching your stuff guys! One thing...have you guys ever been afraid of bumping into the wrong person at the wrong time on your adventures? Sure you have stumbled across some weirdos hiding or just wandering around in your adventures. Anyhow...I hope you guys are always safe and hope you guys are packing something for protection just in case. You never know. Keep em coming guys.!! Hope to see some run down "down town" buildings soon. My and my boys used to explore downtown at night and break in old abandon buildings just see what was going on. Never stole....just explored. I don't know why but we just got a rush out of exploring.

+FOButt There's only one abandoned place near me, and you should see it's elevator... Or what's left of it. You're right, there's no telling how stable they are. The one near me is at the bottom, smashed beyond recognition, with wood and metal sticking up like spikes.
+FOButt That elevator car was at the ground level as far down as it would go. I don't think it had too much more room to go if the car were to fall.

I went there two years ago with a group of friends at night and I can confirm it’s 100% haunted or it could have been homeless. It feels like someone is watching you the whole time!

love the videos guys! as someone whos new to ue how visible is too visible for a location i have a couple places in mind but they mostly sit along main roads or next door to houses. just wondering how you guys gauge your danger of getting caught. again loving the content keep doing what you guys do
+beansandfranks77 You just need the right plan of action. Consider things like time of day, day of week, how to look inconspicuous, alternate ways to approach instead of from the front, etc... But of course there always are some places that are just not worth the risk, its up to you to decide whats worth it for you though.

Things like that door making noise is the reason I don't do this... and many other reasons.
at 3:00, pay attention to light at right elevator. there no power in this hospital, right? it become dark and then light come back again. i don't think some bird would cover enough that light. i don't think you are alone.
