Amazing to me how people aren’t realizing who her character is lol. Literally in the beginning they called her Shama and from the first movie when Rudra bhaiya is telling Jana n Bittu on how to escape Stree his phone rings n he says, “hello Shama”. That small thing also went viral back then so now they’ve expanded on it.
Tams is the classiest dancer ever, just like the originator of item songs in Hindi cinema. The way she expresses with her face in this song reminds me so much of Madhuri as a dancer.

She did good but stop with the classy nonsense trying to re-portrait this and just accept it for what it is!!!!.....There’s NOTHING classy about a woman in a bra and thigh high slits shaking, thrusting and gyrating with legs open wide down to the floor and boobs popping out in front of a ton of men. Madhuri was not classy either.🙄

Because if you pay attention, Tamannaah Bhatia has named her as Shamma and in STREE 1 you will have seen that scene in which Abhishek and Aparshakti Khurana ask for a solution to escape from STREE and Pankaj tells solutions to both of them and after some time Pankaj calls Tripathi. Sham has come on the call.

Everyone is just talking about Tamannah. The singer is Great and refreshing to see a different voice. also How can people ignore the male dancers did awesome, fantastic job in maintaining that grace and feminine intonation of the dance. Its not easy at all for a male body to do that. They are much more refined, fluid and smooth in the steps than Tamannah . Kudos to them 👏👏👏.

I will ask you to review a movie that you would not have heard of but would love to see. Realistic Indian cinema rarely gets better than this movie. It is the movie RAINCOAT by legendary Rituporno Ghosh and will draw you into this side of Indian cinema beyond S Ray. It is also the kind of Indian cinema others need to savour as well and that includes a lot of Indians too. Its a cult movie for realistic Indian cinema and has amazing music too esp songs by Hariharan and Subha Mudgal.
