I agree with what you're saying, excel is also my main place for planning and logging training. You get good insight on other people's training and volume with Strava.
Enjoyed that. Thanks! Perhaps they should add a special kudos option for really impressive runs. Personally, I’m always impressed when people draw Strava pictures with their runs too.
Well, I see the kudos I give already as a special kudos, cause I don't give them out for free 🙂. But some kudos levels, I like that idea. Yea I still wanna try and draw some pictures myself, they are pretty cool always.
I bought Ghost 16 recently. I started experiencing IT-Band pain with the new shoe. Only on right knee. I used to run 7km on every other day. Now only 2 and then I am forced to stop. Please note that, I jumped from 5km to 7km. In November I ran more than 100km . Please help
I've had that problem too before. I just completely stopped running for a couple of days. Then slowly started again, if I felt it again, went home right away and rest for a couple more days. Then tried again, until it was totally gone on the runs. Then slowly started again, short runs, very slow. And built up again. You can also do some leg strengthening exercises, to build the muscles around the knee to make sure it doesn't come back again. And do some dynamic stretching before your runs. That is what worked for me. But it is frustrating, I understand.
It might be due to the ghost's high heel to toe drop (12mm). High drop shoes put more strain on your hips and knees (which can lead to IT band irritation).
Yes I forgot to say that I do not have the Brooks shoes. But I still had the same problem. But it is true, different shoes can cause different problems for some runners.

yea exactly. And i don't wanna see that people did sauna or walked the dog 🙂

Great video but decided not to give you kudos as you didn’t run very far 😂
Haha thank you. I'm super glad you are already following my guidelines 😁 Kudos are not for free, you have to work for them 😉
