I have a candy sometimes when they put the money in it dumps out everything that's in that the rack everything will come out if they put a dollar in and go for a Snickers all the Snickers come out not just one can you tell me what the problem is
Hard to troubleshoot when I don't know the model of your snack machine. I will guess and it possible could be a bad home switch on the actual vend motor. Try moving your vend motors around to other selections to see if the problem follows the motor.

Thank you for your kind words. I can not divulge the steps on how to remove a lock with out a key for security reasons. Sorry.
