I am 19 year old and i have a neurological disorder which left my legs paralyzed in 2020, I also suffer from chronic migraines and i want to share my experiance, and show how I use bullet journalling to help me. I also recently been diagnosed with ADHD !

Why do you always have headphones/ earbuds in all the time? Are things becoming easier now have two functional arms (not needing machine to help)

They are noise cancelling headphones 🎧

I am very sensitive to sounds so I always wear headphones to protect myself. And yes having to arms is life changing I have gained so much independence since I have both of them working!
