      ⚠️ WHICH SECT IS C0RRECT ❓
🟣 Every Sect claims to be following the Quran & Hadith
🔵 The problem is people Connect to a sect & then go along with whatever
they have been taught, even if it contradicts the Quran & Hadith on some matters.
🟡 The perfected and complete islam taught us to follow the Quran & Hadith
🟢 The perfected and complete islam had no sects & the soloution was follow the Quran & Hadith
🔴 The truth is if everyone followed the Quran & Hadith, we would not have different sects
CONCLUSION 👉🏻 The BE$T way to unite the ummah is by followi

I respect Firas a lot but don't take his horrible advice on diet apart from the beneficial fasting. The comments made on 'flesh foods' were complete vegan propaganda which has been refuted many times and is actually laughed at. This idea of not eating meat or animal products is a façade, bioavailability of nutrients is far higher in animal products because they are already converted into the absorbable form within the animal. For example, beta carotene is the precursor of the absorbable form of vitamin A retinol. The former is found in vegetables and fruit, the latter in animal products. The conversion rate of the former into the latter, once ingested by a human, is not as efficient as just ingesting retinol itself. The same situation is in the omega 3's absorbability from plants and nuts etc, ALA, relative to the bioavailability of omega 3 from animal, primarily fish, products or EPA and DHA. The former is far more ineffective when compared to the latter for human functioning.

@@dhuss14 Many thanks Brother Hussein for that valuable data on diet. However I was praising brother Firas on his understanding of the logic of combat sports. Since I’m a passionate student on most martial arts since the age of 6, I’m now 47. You can say my experience in that arena is probably above average. I can quite confidently say this bloke knows exactly what he is talking about on the art of fighting. As for his dietary advice, he did say everyone’s body is different. It wasn’t advise he was giving, it was his opinion on what diet works for him. In which I strongly agree with. Simply because that is exactly how I manage my body. Bear in mind some the top consultants in world listen to what I have to say on how to manage our bodies optimally. It’s all about trial and error fused in with listening to how our body reacts in different environments. Again many thanks 🙏🙏🙏

Protein increases Mtor which can cause cancer and other health issues, carbs spike insulin which leads to insulin resistance, diabetes, causes inflammation etc. you can offset the 2 somewhat by fasting. But ultimately, if your goal is longevity when it comes to health, then reducing protein and carbs is key.

@@dhuss14 Thank you for informative reply, I appreciate it. I don't really have a problem with GMO meat products because I live in a small town and buy my stuff from local farmers, and I never intended to quit eating meat. What I meant is that intermittent fast looks reasonable because I feel I don't have enough energy and that's because I don't have a regulated diet ;).

The last time you had a similar topic was more then 2 years ago. Since then, I have digged into the subject of intermittent fasting, started practicing it myself and made tremendous improvement regarding my body. I was far too fat 2 years ago ( I was having a weight problem for having quieted smoking. I compensated by eating a lot, far too much and no control over it ). The last interview with Mister Zahabi ( 2019 ) was going to change my life and my way of eating forever. I am duty bound to thank you for both these interviews. I am grateful for it and for the improvement it has given me.

      @@dhuss14 Hello Dahir,
I really appreciate your response. I don't really have a leg to stand on and argue against your statements regarding biology and all that with meat and how it's processed or whatever versus vegetables, but I disagree in your statement claiming that it is vegan propaganda. I'm not a vegan or vegetarian, but I can tell you that from my own experience I have eaten excessive amounts of meat and cheese the majority of my life growing up into adulthood and not until I met my fiance who encouraged me to cut back on meat. I can tell you that personally I can attest to the stuff Firas is talking about. It may be a little extreme, but I mean... He is a freaking extreme trainer and his fighters are some of the most successful in business and they speak extremely high of him and really show submission to his coaching in every aspect of training for fighting professionally. There's only a handful of fighting trainers in my own opinion that I think get that kind of reverance so displayed from their pupils, especially publicly. He made a very solid point, though it came off from him as being a little inconsequenal, but a true statement at that.. Everyone is different. I could down a large pizza and be happy the next day, many other people would spend the next day on the toilet. I think you are very educated on the subject, I'm really not, but I feel like he is genuine and correct. I could be wrong, but that's my feeling. I really appreciate your response tho!

And have trained HIIT in a fasted state, follow Thomas Delauer on that. And Dr. Berg and Dr Jason Fung on Keto, low carb diets and intermittent fasting. Brother Firas has not done his research thoroughly or chosen not to. Plus looks like, he loves eating carbs. Not much one can say to that, as the choice of high carb is not based on scientific research, more to do with wants and more of an addiction almost. No offence intended. That's why he advices to eat less meat, so you will still get the necessary nutrition that you would otherwise not get from a plant based diet. It's also a fact that eating too much meat is harmful. I've got to say, as a huge fan of Firas Zahabi I clicked on the video the day it was uploaded and that got me more of your videos recommended. At some point I didn't like your style in most of the debates I saw, but someone in the comment section pointed me toward some others. However, I somehow got redirected to Ali in some weird twist of fate and have been binging his videos and learning a tooooooon more about Islam than I knew before, and also have found some really beautiful interactions he's had (and some of yours as well that really helped me understand the origin perspective I was having and my lack on context). So this video really reignited my curiosity about and interest in Islam, so I've really got to thank you for that. Also, I watched the conversation you had with Peterson right after I saw this video and again, really got me onto the path of curiosity. Maybe someday I'll be Muslim, but maybe not. The more I learn, the more I'm inclined to the idea though, so thanks again for the content (and sorry I didn't like you at some point haha)!

The same situation is in the omega 3's absorbability from plants and nuts etc, ALA, relative to the bioavailability of omega 3 from animal, primarily fish, products or EPA and DHA. The former is far more ineffective when compared to the latter for human functioning.

@@dhuss14 well said, how did you know all of this? the counter argument here i guess would be that with the multiplicity of animals, the proportionality of attaining the nutrients is of a lower proportionality than that of plants. With plants you eat less to obtain more in terms of proportionality.
