- For the first time, a member of the minority Sikh community took oath as a minister in Pakistan's Punjab province. Ramesh Singh Arora took oath as a minister in newly appointed CM Maryam Nawaz Sharif's cabinet.

Negative report.... He's not first Minister from minorities in Pakistan. Minorities don't have to win election to become minister they have special seats reserved for them
Minorities in India are always in state of fear and insecurities due to Hindu extremist a hundred of thousands of roits have been reported since the date of partition of sub continent. On other hand just a few such type of incident reported in Pakistan. So never blame Pakistan for this.
