is because this layout wasn't made to be decorated, is very hard to make good deco with this layout let alone rainbow-ish deco, i still think it could have been a lot better
Ik its the first preview, but it needs sooo much changes, some parts looks like amator deco and the rainbow doesnt fits the gameplay sadly, needs a lor of improvement, anyways, thats just the start! Good luck for the project

Im here three years later, I really hope that this level gets completed, ive been following this level since it was just a layout and have been waiting patiently for it to become a complete masterpiece, and so far im not disappointed!!
I thought this level is dead and forgotten, when I was like 10 yo and saw the layout for the first time i just got so intrested and then got sad when no one uploaded anything about this. Im happy now
I’m a bit late but here is my humble opinion: ALL of the backgrounds are amazing and obviously took a while to build. The block deco in some parts are a bit empty (I know it’s in the process of being improved) but all the other parts are amazing. P.S. The part at 3:01 (and the end screen) is absolutely GODLY, the background looks like a picture and the block deco perfectly matches the background although the block deco could have a tiny bit more going for it, but it’s still Godly. Overall probably one of my favourite and best levels I have ever seen.

This level do be looking like a late 2.0-early 2.1 level lol, and some parts are just utterly bad for a 150k objects so far level. Some parts have repeated bg like the 1st drop, and the deco is just not appearling enough to be considered 8 months of work. The spikes from 1:39 are straight up just taken from another level. And why the end art Romam-related, this is rainbow rush, not a god-themed level (at least put Gumi the vocaloid inside as she is literally the symbol of freedom dive ost, her art is literally there lol) But this level is unofficial so ehh.

Even if they were stolen, it wouldn't be my fault because Knobbelboy made this part in the official version

If Knob see this video and want me to change it, I will, but for now I see no reason to delete it, it's supposed to be a finished version of Freedom Dive. Also, you said the end art isn't fitting because it's "god-themed", but Freedom Dive is both rainbow and heaven themed. The level will be more heaven themed in the second half.

It is more of a "Almost victory" kind of feel, and the end art is literally a roman-like statue, better off with a more theme-fitting tbh (either just put a scenery art, temple art or Gumi the vocaloid artist who is in the picture of freedom dive)
