The music during that was louder and the singer could be heard during it. I remember watching this on my brother's VHS tapes. so freaking epic with the music and singing. It's missing something without it.
@@andreworozco3656 After five years, I have had the amazing honor of being a student of his voiceover class, so I can safely say, he's well deserving of all the respect.
@TheLethalVO yo yo I give you mad props. Can't believe you were a student in the Steve Blums class. Yo that awesome. How's your voice over career going along so far?
@ImTheStrongest lol same story with the got me interested in anime. I did really enjoy the new series too and could accept the differences it had. It is also faithful to the manga so keep that in mind (a near perfect adaptation story-wise) but it left me wanting more. It just gets so much more epic after Guyver I acquires the Gigantic armor. There are moments where the old series strayed from the manga and also made some fights a lot better (original Enzyme battle) which was interesting to see.
Does anyone knows how much is the temperature of a Guyver’s mega smasher? I know that the mega smasher produces 100megawatt energy but I can’t find any accurate number.
the action was extremely lack luster in the 2005 version and the animation was some how not as good. The painting was cool. I appreciate the old style of painting but it was nice to see the updated look
It really depends. Nowadays it’s rare to find an anime dub that’s truly horrible. And I think I could name a few late 80s and 90s anime with pretty good dubs. But this…..? Yeah just watch this in Japanese and spare yourself the headache.
They should bring this back. Guyver is and always will be amazing.
Jim Ward still voiced XLR8 before and may see Pierce Wheels.
R.I.P. Gary Dubin (Guyver II, ZX-Tole and Aptom).
The best moment in the anime. I shed tears. I have no regrets.
The Good old days.

Still way better than modern animes
I still can't believe Agito is Steven Blum.
Steve always voicing the most badass characters. Mad respect to him.
