I’ve been doing your hip flexor, abductors, and hamstring flexibility videos all in one session. By the end I’m happy to be done as it’s so uncomfortable the entire time but it feels great. My legs are shaking after I’m done and I haven’t had that feeling since having a hard leg workout at the gym when I was younger. Just needed to come back here and give praise, you rock man!

Like at 4:50 what muscle are you contracting?? Like am I trying to lift my leg up???
contracting the quads, hip flexors and obliques. But that's not important to know which muscles, it's more important to just pull your body down into the foam roller.
This is an intermediate routine though. I'll make a beginner routine for you this week.
