Hey everyone!
After taking a small break from socials and editing, I'm glad to say I'm finally back with Part 2 of my Last Week In Lund!!
This episode takes you through my last few days in Lund, up until my journey back to Montreal. My last few days there could not have been more special, leaving me with memories I'll cherish forever. From leisurely bike rides around the city to serene yoga sessions in the botanical garden, baking banana bread with friends, a final night out at at Gothenburg Nation, and concluding with a breathtaking sunset at Lomma Beach, this week was truly unforgettable. Each experience reminded me that I left a piece of myself there.
Reflecting on these moments, if there's one piece of advice I can offer, its this: if you are thinking of going on an exchange, DO IT. It will undoubtedly be the best months of your life.
See you next time!
Love,
Dre
Researching places to study abroad next summer, and I definitely am heavily considering Lund!! I have always loved Sweden’s more relaxed culture, and I imagine in the summer, it is beautiful! I want a medium sized city, and seeing your videos just makes Lund seem perfect.
I saw your videos when I was in South America, now I am in Lund and understand that feeling
This made me feel like crying. Love how aestethic and peaceful this vlog was as well!
made me feel like crying too 🥲 thank you so much!
Love your vlogs so much!! 🥰

it feel so nostalgic i absolutely loved your Lund vlogs !!
aww thank you... i still have so much unedited footage that ill probably post later on!
so beautiful
good vlog andrea...
since you’re leaving, i was wondering where you were staying? was it with a host family or an apartment you rented?
I was in an apartment for majority of my stay but the last three months I moved into student housing. I would suggest looking on AFbostader for student housing availabilities since its much cheaper than renting a place!
Bicycles, ebikes, electric cargo bicycles, robo taxis and escooters are great options for last mile, short distance travel.
Reduced transportation costs and fossil fuels free transportation.
Cities need to do more to encourage people to ride bicycles by providing SAFE, PROTECTED BIKE LANES and trails. Every adult and child should own a bicycle and ride it regularly. Bicycles are healthy exercise and fossil fuels free transportation. Electric bicycles are bringing many older adults back to cycling. Ride to work, ride to school, ride for health or ride for fun. Children should be able to ride a bicycle to school without having to dodge cars and trucks. Separated and protected bike lanes are required. It will also make the roads safer for automobile drivers. Transportation planners and elected officials need to encourage people to walk, bike and take public transportation. Healthy exercise and fossil fuels free transportation. In the future cities will be redesigned for people not cars. Crazy big parking lots will be transformed with solar canopies generating free energy from the sun.
