Before you had painted the stump, the branch looked like an elephant trunk and the cavity was its eye!(Side view of an elephant) Came out really great! Im team snail (I have a 🐌 themed bathroom) but I love the mushroom too! I made an ashtray tree stump a while back with a snail on it myself:)

I wondered, which handle you chose. I really love the little snail, but I also really really liked the pop of color. The mushroom gave it. Have you considered having it be a surreal snail with a colorful shell?
