Thank you for showing the electric shocks. It happened to me for the first time yesterday, and I suspected it aligned with being in perimenopause (I'm 46). I did hours of reading & didn't find it, so I came to UA-cam and typed in "perimenopause symptoms" and this was the first hit. THANK YOU! I was so anxious about that head zap!
Hi Lorelie (gorgeous name by the way) thank you for your comment, so sorry to hear you are experiencing the zaps they are not fun, I think when I was doing my research I was able to find more info when I looked up terms "electric shocks & perimenopause" just incase that helps you, I personally have found the best thing to calm the zaps down has been acupuncture. Thank you again and wishing you good health xx
I'm only 29 and get many of these symptoms, I've been for MRIs though and next up is a lumbar puncture. Doctors think MS but I find this interesting that these symptoms are almost identical, I suppose since both conditions affect the brain it makes sense.
@@zomnut6102 definitely have your doctor check your hormone levels because some women start perimenopause very early. I hope that's it and not MS 🙏🏾❤️.
Thanks! This is the first useful video about perimenopause on UA-cam
Glad it was helpful! Thanks for watching. There's a lot more content to come.
