I was around 6 when this torchwood season came out it was my first to watch and because I’m such a big Doctor who fan I instantly fell in love with it and to this day I remember the car crushing scene
I wonder why Martha Jones (and her husband Mickey) didn’t appear in this series. She’s somewhat affiliated with Torchwood. She could’ve reached out to try and help Gwen and Jack.
I don’t know if they had one at this point, but they eventually have a child. Maybe they were busy looking after their child and didn’t have time to save the world?
Touchwood was a very strange sci fi show. But the english point of view really turns of most of the American audience. But this last your is so all over the place because of the combined american /british crews really made this very hard to understand. I as a very open minded sci fi reader , did understand why they did what they did. But it was even hard for me to understand this last season. Of touch wood.
Ok yes the season was confusing because they added a bunch of pointless characters and plot points which didn't affect the storyline but what does America/British crews have to do with it?
That whole scene of being crushed alive, and still being alive afterwards is so chilling and terrifying
I hope they show the clip of Gwen blowing up one of the Welsh overflow camps as I still remember hearing Jack says "that's my girl"
I still hate that shot of the eye in the crushed car.
It makes me shiver
When I was like 5 I walked up in on my parents watching this and I was traumatised
@Quinn Thomas lmfao

That’s all I remember from torchwood, that scene and it’s taken me years to find it, seemed a lot scarier when I was younger though 😂
When I watched this episode and Rhys mentioned "Overflow Camps" my heart legit like stopped😂❤
And now we have “overflow camps” for the COVID-19 patients.
Edit: Except without the furnaces.
Wow! What a Way to Go!
