There's absolutely no flaws with this bassline. Perfectly placed, perfectly timed, so much emphasis on roots and fifths but with plenty of chromatic color, the tone from the bass, all amazing.
I always thought this bassline played by James Jamerson was my favorite bassline ever, but this is right up there too. So amazing. One day I'll be able to play this!
