You asked for it, so here it is: Wii Bowser's Castle now restores the original's half-pipe sections to the track. It also converts the original version's glide ramp into an adjustable glide ramp. What this means is on 150cc (unless you're going slow), the glide ramp won't be active until lap 3 and on 200cc it doesn't activate at all.
There are a couple of downsides to this update, however. Adding the glider ramps in a way that looks perfect would have been extremely difficult so I basically just tried to make it not look terrible. Also, the AI can be pretty bad at handling the half-pipe ramps: I tried playing around with this for an hour or two but some of them still don't make it. This is especially bad on lower speed classes.

Pinning this to the comments since I know people ignore the description and some people may have missed the 1.0 release: the original model was modeled by SquireTurnbolt, and I ported it into MK8 and MK8DX along with baking lighting and things. I did the minor model updates for the half-pipe but they were pretty trivial.
Wish you added in MKW-esque lighting.
I swear you’re one of the only 8DX CT creators that can do official looking lighting. Massive props.
I like how the glider ramp is now a lap 3 thing. It makes the Bowser Robot section better IMO because, well, it makes it feel more like the original up until the 3rd lap, where it starts to introduce something new.

This just looks perfect to me!! With very good looking alternatives for the wavy roads and volcano bumps!!
This is how you make a custom track. The lighting is great, decent texture work AND you made the track feel familiar while changing it at the same time (also, BCP needed more Bowser's Castle track brought over, and less of New York Minute and other Tour tracks)

Hey squadaloo what music are you using for the the tracks That are on mk generations? are original remixes or remixes from other people because i'm planing to upload all the ost of mk generations
I do not have control over what music they choose to use for that pack and I've never played it myself

Hey Squadaloo, My Team and i are Working on a Halloween update of Mario kart Generations (Mario Kart 8 Modpack) and we are wondering if we could alter some of your tracks for these kind of seasonal updates?

@@Squadaloo Heyo, Yea there were some stuff falsely adressed in that video as he used an early build in the video that we gave to him and others of the team for testing, we forgot it was in that version he showcased. he is gonna update the dscription & it was already removed from the final update. it was mostly used as a placeholder. so no need to worry my friend!!
