I have a 2020 HR-V but my screen doesn't look like that, maybe I need a system upgrade. Also, I cannot see the Apple CarPlay app on my menu. I'm from Turkey and I thought maybe they don't have this feature in my country but I'm not so sure.

I have a 2019 HRV EX and my iPhone is not charging while plugged into the dedicated Apple Car Play USB.
I'm using an Apple-brand cable (it works at home) and the iPhone/cable work elsewhere. Any ideas to resolve this before taking the car to the dealership?

We had the same issue, we went to Walmart and just got new cable and it worked , the cable brand was “Onn”
