What's your favorite advice from this interview?
You are not a problem but you have the problem and that space between you and you have is called thinking proactively.
So you have trading plan but you don't get trading journal so how you know you folow the plan?!

this, what he says, is one of the principles of realization of self in the Madhyiamika-Prasangika school of Tibetan Buddhism. That all feelings are things that you experience but not really part of you ( and the confusion that we are the things we feel creates ignorant mistakes ) such that, when you feel hungry you think " i am hungry" but you are not hungry, you are still you engaging in a feeling
That's true, I learned a lot from studying different eastern and western disciplined. Then I started integrating it in my life.

lol that's funny, my profession is rooted in biology and mechanics plus im a selling sculptor so when i started to understand charts and market psychology ( fear and greed) i was hooked! the charts look like cells or bacteria growing in a petri dish!

You don't need to trade the market open. Trade on your terms.
